District of Coloring

The adult coloring craze has taken over DC’s event network! Coloring is no longer just for kids, but in fact is a powerful tool for adults to focus, destress, and distract from daily stressors. Join others in the District to color together at one of these events.

Color with a group at the Georgetown Neighborhood Library every Thursday night from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Supplies are provided for the two-hour session. http://www.dclibrary.org/node/55477

The Luce Foundation Center at the American Art Museum will offer a coloring night with complimentary hot cocoa. The event is free, and hot cocoa is provided. https://www.si.edu/Events/Calendar#/?i=3

Could coloring make its way to the world of marketing and events? Only time will tell, but we're not opposed to branded promotional coloring books and bringing the stress reliever into networking and company events. Incorporating coloring can be a great way to bring out each other's creative sides in a professional and collaborative environment.
