DHM Media Group worked alongside Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. to launch a rebranding campaign for their DC regional offices and currently manages many of their marketing initiatives. The goal was to improve brand recognition, streamline the marketing process for agents, and increase initiatives within the community and with Long & Foster agents. DHM developed a four-phase program and timeline to ensure the accomplishment of these goals.

DHM successfully designed and implemented new and unified branding for Long & Foster, including redesigned logos, tagline, graphics, and style templates. After analyzing the need for streamlined property marketing, DHM created a new online storefront for agents to use for all print materials, promotional items, and personal branding.

DHM also worked with Long & Foster to develop a program that would accomplish their goals for increased community and agent involvement. Our team recognized the significance of giving back in a meaningful way to the community and to agents, and has helped organize fundraisers and agent events throughout the DC area.

DHM’s initiative with Long & Foster continues to develop, creating a stronger brand identity, making easy marketing tools available to agents, and working to benefit and serve the DC area.
