Our Process
DHM Media Group publishes District Home Magazine- a luxury real estate and design publication that is distributed eight times a year, with more than 10,000 copies produced for each issue. The publication is distributed to all homeowners with properties tax-assessed over $1 million in DC, over $1.5 million in McLean, Great Falls, Bethesda, Old Town Alexandria, Arlington, Middleburg, Leesburg, Potomac, Talbot County, and Annapolis. Through an emphasis on beautiful design and clean aesthetics, we highlight every home, real estate specialist, design expert, and financial institution as if it were our own. We create a digital edition of each issue and make it available before the print version is distributed. DHM manages the magazine's social media and website as well.
